Identifying the right workloads for cloud transformation

One of the primary challenges for enterprises is identifying the right workloads for cloud transformation, as business challenges are unique in every enterprise context. The one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t work even for enterprises within the same industry vertical or with similar business models and revenue, and it is critical for enterprise leaders to have a clear vision and strategy for an enterprise-wide cloud transformation journey. There are several cloud transformation strategies that enterprises can choose based on unique business needs and compelling events, including big bang migration, data center exit, lift and shift, building net new initiatives, or augmenting applications with cloud-native capabilities.
