Assigning chats to your employee
For a website functioning on an international level, or that has visitors and customers from various parts of the world, you will receive numerous messages using the Live Chat functional tool. Moreover, company websites functioning with a wide visitor base will have messages from visitors in different languages. However, it is extremely difficult for a single employee to manage chat operations in multiple languages. Therefore, we can assign a team of employees who are well-versed in all the languages that the company and the website uses.
The employee or operators of the Live Chat channel can be added from the Live Chat module by selecting the ADD option, as depicted in the following screenshot:
