Archiving or deleting unused artifacts

Most organizations have a life cycle of data usefulness. Typically, data is most relevant right after it's been created or modified, and then after a period of time, the data ceases to be important for the business to manage. In this case, it may be desirable to archive or delete this unused data.

First, we'll configure archiving.

In archiving, you are typically setting older content to a read-only state for a period of time so that it can be referred to (but not modified). To do this, follow these steps:
