Are you one of those people who would rather die than speak in public? You do not need to fear presenting. You can present comfortably, confidently, and powerfully and have the presentation you give be both the one you practiced and wished you gave.

Similar to a tape measure, presentations are so common that almost everyone has seen one at some point in their life. Yet even though they are so common to see and hear, when we are the one who must present, a presentation can often be challenging.

There is usually a small group of introverts who love being on a platform. In planning for this chapter, my natural curiosity took me down a mental path to look at what point my confidence changed to empower me to actually love giving presentations...
