Chapter 2. S3 using the AWS Management Console
The AWS Management Console is a browser-based graphical user interface in which users can manage the resources at Amazon Web Services.
The AWS Management Console supports the following browsers:
- Firefox
- Chrome
- Internet Explorer
- Safari
The AWS Management Console mobile app is also available on iOS and Android.
In this chapter, we will focus on manipulating the AWS console. We will interact with Amazon S3 using the AWS Management Console. AWS provides a Graphical User Interface (GUI) to manage Amazon S3 resources and tasks, so it is easier to understand and configure as per our needs. We will take a detailed look into managing buckets, objects, and the operations that can be performed on the objects.
