Using reports
In this final recipe, we will cover analytics and reports. Webinar reports allow admins and hosts to generate different metrics and information reports. These reports will allow hosts and organizers of webinars to understand registration and attendee numbers and review Q&A, polls, as well as survey results. For example, after the webinar, the host would want to review all the attendees’ names and email addresses for individual follow-up for potential sales opportunities. Perhaps the hosts would like to review the Q&A during the webinar to see what questions attendees asked during the webinar. Also, reviewing the survey results of the webinar is vital to understanding how your message landed and if the attendees liked the webinar. This could be vital in understanding how your webinar presentation was received by your attendees.
