Summary

To summarize, in this chapter, we saw how an SA interacts with the different teams in a client’s organization and how they have to inherit their processes to make the RPA project compliant and successful. The SA needs to manage all the requirements from these enterprise teams and bake them into the design and development so that the bot architecture is safe and secure. The SA needs to work with the project management team, information security team, infrastructure team, network and security team, and production support team for seamless implementation. There can be other teams as well that are involved in the process, and this depends on the client’s ecosystem.

In the next chapter, we will see what frameworks are and how they can be implemented to make the RPA implementation consistent and seamless. We will also cover some of the design principles for RPA projects.
