APEX Runtime-only version

When relevant, especially for commercially deployed APEX applications, the APEX Runtime module can be a very effective solution to maintain a high degree of security for the application. The runtime environment prevents access to the APEX development modules but doesn't impair, in any way, the functionality of the application itself.
