Exploring the OmniStudio Tracking Service
The OmniStudio Tracking Service saves details of user actions across various components of the OmniStudio platform: OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and more. The data includes the time taken by actions as well as the data outcomes. This allows you to monitor application performance, data integrity, and other important statistics.
I like the OmniStudio Tracking Service because it writes data to the Vlocity Tracking Entry object so that we can then analyze it and take action when errors are logged. Let’s see how to enable and configure the Tracking Service.
Enabling tracking for OmniStudio
To enable the OmniStudio Tracking Service to begin tracking, go to Setup> Omni Interaction Configuration, and then click on New Omni Interaction Configuration.
Enter one of the following event triggers in the Name field depending on what you would like to track:

- Integration Procedures...
