How do I buy and download an eBook?

Where there is an eBook version of a title available, you can buy it from the book details for that title. Add either the standalone eBook or the eBook and print book bundle to your shopping cart. Your eBook will show in your cart as a product on its own. After completing checkout and payment in the normal way, you will receive your receipt on the screen containing a link to a personalised PDF download file. This link will remain active for 30 days. You can download backup copies of the file by logging in to your account at any time.

If you already have Adobe reader installed, then clicking on the link will download and open the PDF file directly. If you don't, then save the PDF file on your machine and download the Reader to view it.

I was unable to load the code with Visual Studio 2022 Community Edition. When I clicked on the solution file, Visual Studio would try to load the solution, but would quit after several seconds. I did create my own solution/project and copied the files over. The app would build and run. Downloaded code does not match the book. In chapter 3, FOLLOWING listing 3.5, approximately page 168, these is a listing of a data template. This code does not exist in the download code. Unable to download all the code at once. I had to download each chapter separately. If the downloaded code does not match the book, game stopper.

Quite a good book. Not a reproduction of MS documention and inclusive of information on prior platforms leading to MAUI being released. Github downloads are there to ease the initial coding. The book is quite weighty so not something for a bedside read but actually does encourage one to read on.
