Managing your institution

1	A CSV file. You could also consider getting your users to self register rather than manually adding them.
2	Any three from the following: They can respond to requests to join the institution, invite members to join the institution, add users, suspend users, turn users into institution staff members and make users into institution administrators.

Course groups, staff members, and tutors

1	Staff members have the ability to create and manage course roles as well as controlled membership groups. Staff members also have the power to create tutors in a group with course roles.
2	In a group with course roles enabled you are able to create tutor members.
3	Tutors are only present in course groups, not across the whole site. They are able to view work which has been submitted for assessment and to release it when it is ready to be returned to the user.
