Test strategy and plan

This entire transformation effort was supported by an interconnected and Jazz-enabled set of runtimes supporting many testing roles within the lifecycle of the project. It adopted Collaborative Application Lifecycle Management (CALM) traceability with Rational Requirements Composer, Rational Quality Manager, Rational Team Concert, and Rational Change. For those new to Jazz, it is a brand new platform, which is used for collaborative development purposes. It is designed to help in making development more productive and agile. It integrates people, processes, and runtimes.
