Presenting and Sharing Content
Presentation and content sharing can be a very integral part of your live event. In this section, we will learn about the producer's experience when presenting and sharing content. The producer is responsible for making sure that the presentation and other shared content are displayed to the audience in a seamless manner. It is imperative that you know the steps to successfully prepare, line up, and share or present content during a live event. Even if you are not the organizer, producer, or a presenter, you should be able to explain the basics to someone else.
First, let's discuss the producer's view of live events. Once you join the event as a producer, this should be what you are looking at:
