5 tips for better project meetings


When we think of project management, we tend to think of structure and focus. Here are some tips and resources from business professionals to help your next project meeting run smoothly.

Katie Hurst, marketing manager at OpenSesame, a leading eLearning provider, shares the concept of Gamestorming.
