The exercises in this book are designed to help you discover how Learning Manager works and help you explore all its features at your own pace. But these exercises hardly represent the day-to-day operations of a real-life Learning Manager account, where thousands of learners interact with thousands of courses every day. Not to mention the fact that in large organizations, employees come and go and constantly change positions.
When setting up your Learning Manager account, you should not only consider how you will initially configure your account but also how you will maintain your account over time. Here are a few considerations to help you out:
