Conclusion

In this chapter, we looked at the tools that are available to assist the team with successfully completing a project. Using these tools makes the project much easier and learning how to use these tools early on, will also make you more productive.

In the next chapter, I’m going to talk about what I think is probably the most important topic in this book, human change management. If you do this well, your project is guaranteed to be a success.
