Everything we have done so far will be wrapped up in this chapter. Let's learn how to use the data that has been collected and tracked by the tools and implementations we have created. The data should show impact and help organizations make better decisions based on the data using the following:
- Reports for detailed data and impact measures
- Dashboards to facilitate executive decision making
- Tableau for visualizing data
Without a clear understanding of how to use these resources, there can be immense amounts of data sitting dormant in a Salesforce instance. Collecting the data in a way that makes it actionable has been our focus all along. Let's look at how we can surface that data to assist nonprofits based on the audience that will be consuming the information and their goals.
