Designing for ease of printing

Let's talk about my thought process for this design. I intend for this hook to be printed on a desktop FFF printer. For that reason, I'm going to design parallel lines, no overhangs, and no tiny details. Although more complex designs are certainly printable, this will ensure an easy print from the start.
