8: The ssdef Database

As we’ve discussed, the ssdef database (or table) is the place where all spreadsheet heading definitions are stored. The headings are brought into the ssdef table by means of a module that displays the headers, which then allows the headers to be selected.

The ssdef table is internal to the spreadsheet disambiguation application. There is little or no use for the ssdef table outside the spreadsheet disambiguation application.
