Writing the business case and getting sign-off

In Chapter 2, What Are the Key Skills I Need?, and Chapter 3, What is My Job Now?, we discussed how important it is to build a valid business case to justify and support your project. The business case is an essential element of any successful project, especially those using the PRINCE2 methodology because it's one of the seven themes.
