In the chapter, we looked at a real-world project in order to learn how to keep the Customer Relationship System (CRM) updated. We captured information for the customers from a third-party website called Crunchbase.com and updated our CRM application, that is, Apptivo.
This project added a little more complexity in terms of data scraping, passing data tables containing customer information, and using that data to update our CRM application. We are steadily exploring more and more advanced features of UiPath.
In the next chapter, we will step things up a bit more and use AI computer vision to moderate social media posts.
