Delegated admin workflows
By default in Okta, you need organization or super-administrator privileges to access the Workflows console. There might be cases where you want a user to be able to run a workflow but without giving that user access to all available automations within that console. For these cases, delegated flows are perfect. In this scenario, you build a flow in the Workflows console and delegate it to another administrator, who can run it directly in the Okta administrator console.
To do this, there are a few prerequisites:
- The workflow starts with the Delegated flow card:
