SuiteAnswers

You access SuiteAnswers from within the help center by clicking the SuiteAnswers tab. SuiteAnswers comprises the help documentation as well as practical tips by the NetSuite support organization based on real questions that they have answered in the past. It is, therefore, more useful than Help itself, however, the number of results that are returned by a search can be a little overwhelming. Let's take a simple search for Advanced Revenue Management as an example. You'll see that some of the results of the search come from the help center, while others come from the SuiteAnswers knowledge base. If we drill down into a SuiteAnswers article, you'll see that it contains very practical information and specific tips to replicate in your own database:
