Summary
There are different options from which organizations can choose when deciding on the license model for their agreement so that they can find the one that best suits their needs with regard to billing, duration, seat change requirements, and product availability. As we discussed, one of the main license models available is the CSP model, which is very flexible from both the provider (reseller) and customer perspectives in terms of billing. In addition, we also covered the importance of doing a cost-benefit analysis of the acquisition of a cloud solution, such as Microsoft 365, and we looked at the resources available to help you build it. You should be able to articulate the value and differences of the billing models available in Microsoft 365.
In the next chapter, we're going to look at the types of support and service offerings available with Microsoft 365.
