Honestly, most of the people you will deal with on your team, regardless of the company you work for, will be highly effective employees or they would not have been hired in the first place. Still, there will be cases in which you work with folks who are simply not the right fit. Maybe it is because of personal problems or they simply do not possess the professional qualifications to actually perform their job functions properly. Whatever the case is, you are eventually going to run into this. How you handle it is what’s important!
