Case study: Dave and Rhonda

Dave has asked that he be allowed to block off two solid days to get his head around a particular engineering problem that he says he needs to be able to focus on intently to resolve.

Rhonda has told you that she's finding it difficult to focus on her work because of the location of her desk, which is in a high-traffic area that exposes her to a lot of ambient noise. She wants to move to a quieter spot.
