Meeting Features
Teams meetings have a range of out-of-the-box features that will help improve the video conferencing experience on any supported platform, including mobile iOS and Android devices. Some of these features may already be familiar to you, such as muting and screen sharing. However, other features such as background blur, breakout rooms, and meeting notes are more recent.
This section will look at the following meeting features:
- Video and background features: Microsoft Teams allows for the use of video during meetings.
- Sharing: You can share your desktop or specific application content (such as from the Whiteboard application) during Teams meetings.
- In-meeting experiences: Teams meetings allow for other features such as breakout rooms, reactions, and hand-raising.
By the end of this section, you'll be able to recognize, identify, and work with some of the out-of-the-box meeting features in Microsoft Teams.
