Connecting your CRM with Analytics
To integrate CRM with Analytics, follow these steps from within Zoho CRM:
- Navigate to Setup | Marketplace | Zoho | Advanced Analytics for CRM.
- Click on Get Started.
- Select the fields from the modules that you wish to sync with Analytics.
- Select the frequency and time you wish to sync the data at using the Sync Option dropdown.
- Click Save. This configuration popup can be seen in the following screenshot:
Upon clicking Save, the screen will change, and you will be presented with a summary of the sync you created.
Congratulations, you have just completed the integration between Analytics and CRM.
Tip
Only the fields that are checked will be synced with Analytics and available to build and/or filter reports. You can also come back and amend this configuration at any time if you wish to add or remove more fields.
