In this part, you will discover the most basic services in the cloud – the foundational ones that can be used to build upon, including virtual servers and their storage, networking, and databases. Security at all levels will also be introduced here. Related tasks such as monitoring and automation will also be covered. Finally, one analogy will describe the common terminology used in most of them.
These services and components will be likely understood by all audiences, as they have their equivalents in classical, on-premises systems.
