- Two ways that you can keep your Zapier account organized are presented here:
- Labeling your Zaps adequately with trigger and action descriptions, unique identifiers, and preceding with numbers, letters, and Roman numerals
- Organizing your Zaps into folders and sub-folders
- You can add more details about a Zap or any important notes in the Description section in the Zap Settings area.
- Zaps that contain Paths by Zapier or Looping by Zapier built-in apps cannot be shared with external accounts.
