More and more of us are turning to the Internet before making purchasing decisions. We seek out reviews of products and services before buying and are reliant not only on the opinions of expert reviewers, but also of other members of the public who've bought the product or used the service we're interested in.
If you want to create a community site or any kind of listings site, or even a store, it will provide another level of interaction for your users if you let them leave reviews. These reviews could be of the products you're selling or reviewing yourself, or of local businesses and services.
In this chapter, I'll show you how to create a site designed to let users review local restaurants.
