Presenting the LayOut document

There are two methods to present your document. One way is by creating a PDF export. The second way is to use the presentation tool in LayOut.

Exporting a LayOut file to a PDF

Exporting your document to a PDF is generally a seamless and straightforward task. However, you might experience a delay when the document contains multiple pages loaded with detailed content, which can extend the time needed for the export process.

Here are the steps to export:

From the File menu, choose Export, and then select PDF….
There are other ways to export, as you see from Figure 13.86. You can export LayOut pages as images or export them to a DWG/DXF CAD file.
