Variable declaration

Desktop Studio provides the Context panel in the Workflow perspective where we can create the context or storage variables that we will use to store information.

Follow these steps to create the variables that we will use while executing the vendor-invoice posting business process:

1. In Desktop Studio, go to the Workflow perspective. Please refer to Chapter 9, Desktop Studio Perspectives, for information on the panels available in this perspective.
2. In the Context panel, select the Create Folder option from the context menu. A new item, newFolder, will be created in this panel.
3. We will rename newFolder to VendorInvoiceDetails by pressing F2. You can also rename the folder by selecting the Rename option from the context menu of the item.
4. Select the VendorInvoiceDetails folder in the Context panel, and then right-click on the folder. Select the Create Folder option from the context menu to create a subfolder under the VendorInvoiceDetails folder...
