In this chapter, we covered all of the different factors, features, and capabilities required to deliver a successful go-live, including pilot and global rollout considerations. Following the deployment and rollout plan, a business can start to realize the benefits of the S/4HANA solution in terms of people, processes, data, code, and infrastructure.
We discussed how a well-defined Global Template, instance strategy, and deployment model allows businesses to rely safely on a system that is based on solution integrity with extensibility and flexibility.
