What if someone needs to contact you? Perhaps they need to ask a question, complain, or just want to say hello.

Contacts

You need to have relevant contacts for the different types of messages that people will send. Don't panic, you don't need to employ staff. All you need is to tell PrestaShop that certain types of message go to different e-mail addresses. This makes you look more professional and makes your customers feel that their message is not going into an empty black hole to be ignored.
