This chapter focused on introducing and using the client-side enhancements available within Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365. We also covered some of the client-side script functions with examples. You learned how to use JavaScript functions to validate data for automation and to create web resources. Also, we discussed the web API in the latter part of the chapter, which is a new way of querying CRM data directly from JavaScript.
In the next chapter, you will learn about new mobile enhancements in Dynamics CRM. You will get a better understanding of mobile and tablet enhancements, supported platforms, browsers for mobile and tablet apps, installing the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 phone app, previewing form customization changes on a phone, and the tablet look-and-feel available with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365.
