Practising Bootstrap and Tailwind frameworks with AwesomeAnalytics
Some board members of AwesomeAnalytics have taken a crash course on web development over the last few weeks. They thought they would understand the challenges of the development team better if they tried coding themselves. So they learned the basics of HTML and CSS and learned about some CSS frameworks, such as Bootstrap and Tailwind. And now they’ve called a meeting with the rest of the company.
A board member connects their laptop to the projector and shows what they’ve implemented over the last few weeks: a clone of AwesomeAnalytics. They used a CSS framework, but they can’t recall which. However, they are sure that the code quality of what they’ve implemented is, as they say, average at best and that their development team would do a much better job. However, they snooped through the code base and noticed that we’re not using a CSS framework at all!
