Chapter 11: Creating User Interfaces in Appian
As of now, our records are pretty boring, and the processes have only the most basic user interfaces. You will now learn how to create great-looking user interfaces for records and process models. In this chapter, we will cover the following topics:
- Creating interfaces from scratch: Designing for specific use cases
- Adding validation logic: Simple and complex validations for fields and sections
- Creating dynamic interfaces: Dynamic display of components and wizards
- Creating reusable interface components: When and how to reuse components
- Assigning interfaces to records and processes: Ways of using interfaces
- Best practices: The dos and don'ts of Appian interface design ...
