Chapter 4. Measure (Day 12-17)

This chapter describes the second stage of the DMAIC methodology— Measure. Measure is the next logical step of improvement. It tells us about the current performance level of the process that we intend to improve. This chapter will describe the deliverables of the Measure stage along with the tools and techniques to achieve them. At the end of the chapter, we will see the application of this stage to our case study.
