Preface
Picking a productivity suite for a company has become a multi-horse race recently, and the horse named Google Workspace is seemingly running faster and catching a lot of attention. A productivity suite has to get several areas right for it to be successful, including ease of collaboration, communication, user satisfaction, the ability to enable a remote/hybrid work culture, and the ability to access content from a variety of devices. Google Workspace seems to be to doing well in these areas and its user adoption has grown at a rapid pace in the last few years.
I'm always fascinated by technology and how Google builds products at a global scale. This book is an attempt to condense and highlight useful features in the vast universe of Google Workspace. This book also takes a peek under the hood of several features and demystifies how they operate in the real world.
I do hope you enjoy reading this book as much as I enjoyed writing it.
