Creating an App Service Plan

In this exercise, you will be creating an App Service plan for Azure. This will act as the server configuration for hosting your Azure web applications and function applications. Follow these steps to do so:

1. Sign in to the Azure portal at https://portal.azure.com.
2. Create a new resource group to use for this exercise named AZ104-AppServices.
3. Once created, navigate to the new resource group, click Overview via the left menu, and click Create.
4. Type app service plan in the Marketplace search bar and click the App Service Plan card.
5. On the next screen, click Create, as shown in the following figure:

6. Enter the following details for the App Service Plan details section:
7. Name: myappserviceplan
8. Operating System: Windows
9. Region: Any region that suits your preference

10. For the Pricing plan dropdown...
