Engineering Approach to Continuous Testing, Quality, Security, and Feedback

This chapter explains a systematic, disciplined engineering approach to planning continuous testing, quality, security, and feedback solutions. This approach was developed over the years in response to experiences that were described in the previous chapter. It includes the Seven-Step Transformation Engineering Blueprint, explains the importance of an expert transformation consultant and the use of AI tools to accelerate the work, and an explanation of Capability Maturity Models (CMMs) and levels of capability maturity for continuous testing, quality, security, and feedback.
