Chapter 10: Creating Your Own Portfolio

This chapter will be brief—really brief, because 99% of the work will be done by you. I will only show you a couple of tools that will help you organize your work in a coherent way. In other words, you will create a portfolio.

Now, here we are at the end of our journey. You have learned about Clip Studio Paint (CSP) and Clip Studio Modeler, and how to use Blender to speed up your work.

You now know how to make cartoon illustrations, painterly illustrations, comics, and concept art. You've learned the condensed version of what I learned in 8 years of using CSP. I'm writing this chapter in 2021… so, it's now 8 years.

Obviously, if you want to learn about digital software and if you bought this book, you will want to have a job as an illustrator, a comic artist, or a concept artist. For that, you need a portfolio. My job here is to give you the tools for that.
