Chapter 8, Optimizing and Troubleshooting Flows

  1. A flow interview is a running instance of a flow. A flow is an application that asks you for input and does something in Salesforce based on that input.
  2. Configure the fault connectors in your flow so that you always receive an email when a flow fails. Create a case or send flow error notifications to the support team. We can do this by creating a text template and including the values of all flow resources. This will help us see the values the user entered on screen flows and, for other auto-launched flows, the exact value of flow variables in case the interview fails.
  3. Test as many scenarios as you can think of before distributing the flow to your users. Make sure to test with different personas.
