Managing project knowledge
As mentioned, this process is about using existing knowledge and creating new knowledge; this is designed to achieve the project objectives and contribute to your organizational learning processes. You will also notice that a lot of the project documents, as inputs, cross numerous knowledge areas that would provide helpful information that can be utilized in an integrated fashion. Be aware, for exam purposes, that this process, while not fully vetted and perceivable as quite vague, is an important new aspect of an integrated project management experience.
