User forums
The final and most important topic I will cover in this last chapter and to end the session is user forums.
User forums are periodic meetings with your SMEs, SPOCs, end users, and key production support team members to establish open and honest communication, share knowledge and understanding of their existing pain points, and get real-time feedback from the participants.
The user forum session should be about 30 to 45 minutes. These sessions are more for education and information and to be made purely voluntary. When managed well, you will see excellent participation as they are more informal in nature. These meetings give you a pulse on what the adoption would look like. This does not replace the production support status meeting and other official meetings.
