Revisiting module two
In module two, you learned that multiple variants of Scrum evolved to address the needs to scale agile structures and practices across both large products and enterprise deployment needs. This module presented four relatively pure but scaled extensions to the original Scrum Framework, and two Lean-Agile based extensions to Scrum.
Staying true to Scrum
As a group, Scrum-of-Scrums (SoS), Scrum@Scale, the Nexus Framework, and Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) all address Scrum scaling issues but do not stray too far from the original concepts employed in Scrum. They all retain Scrum's roots in empiricism and Scrum's minimalist rules, roles, responsibilities, artifacts, and events.
