Engaging Customers with Marketing Cloud

Salesforce Marketing Cloud, along with Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud, forms the foundation of a B2C solution. Marketing Cloud, specifically Marketing Cloud Engagement (one product in the Marketing Cloud family of products), adds the ability to better understand and communicate with your customers through a variety of channels, including email, social media, SMS, and push notifications.
