Selecting assignments

If you want the learner to do or create something and then grade the results, you will want an assignment. Keep in mind that if you are developing a blended course that contains synchronous content in the form of web conferences (BigBlueButton, Teams, or Zoom, for example), you may wish to put together assignments that can be done in conjunction with that "live" lecture. They may involve collaboration and group solutions. For peer review, use the Workshop activity.

Let's start with the Assignments activity in Moodle, which will give us a chance to bring together several activities to create an assessment strategy.
