Enabling Entity behavior

By default, Entity behavior is not enabled. You must go in and enable it. To do so, you will need to have either Global Admin or Security Admin rights.

Select Settings from the Microsoft Sentinel navigation menu. Then, on the new screen, select Settings in the header. This will take you to the Settings page. The Entity behavior analytics section should be open, as shown in the following screenshot, but if not, select it:

Click on the Configure UEBA button to activate and configure Entity behavior. When you do so, you will be taken to the Entity behavior configuration page, as shown in the following screenshot. First, you must enable Entity behavior:

To enable Entity behavior, move the slider under Step 1 to the On position. Once you have done that, the data sources under Step 2 will be enabled...
